The close date is set for the 31st. I would not be surprised if this slipped by a few days, as the bank usually wants 30 days to close, and we’re giving them 23. But, I have faith in 1st Tech.

I’m betting they kin do it, but err on the side of harrassing them too much than too little. :) They did ours 23 days from inspection, and that was a gigando mortgage company. Hope it goes smoothly!
