He was making a snowman and got his picture taken&#8230;I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that it was his <em>first</em> snowfall - he is from Brazil - and people had to show him that he should <em>roll</em> the snowman into being, instead of just sort of bunching it!</p> felicity http://faerye.net/post/snow-days#comment-869 2004-01-02T15:23:46+00:00 2004-01-02T15:23:46+00:00 <p>Last night I went for a walk with a friend to admire all the snow that had fallen during the day. As we returned from our usual route and crossed the open field at the school nearby, we eyed a middle-aged couple who had likewise gone out into the snow to walk their dog. They were building a very tall snowman and having a ball with it. As we passed them, the woman yelled out &#8220;dont&#8217;t ask how old we are!&#8221; The truth is, they weren&#8217;t doing anything I wouldn&#8217;t do when I get to be their age.
