Wait, that’s me!
actionplanthttp://faerye.net/post/power-tool-molasses-yum#comment-72Re: Mmmmm...2003-06-12T14:48:23+00:002003-06-12T14:48:23+00:00
Well, you can get them just about everywhere (department stores, Linens N Things, et cetera), as they are a long-standing American classic. However, they are very very spendy (probably partially because they are an American classic). We got ours off of Amazon.com on a Gold Box deal :) They have a few different models, so there are some cheaper ones.
They’re lovely things if you cook enough to justify it. And they come in many many colors!
felicityhttp://faerye.net/post/power-tool-molasses-yum#comment-71Mmmmm...2003-06-12T12:50:20+00:002003-06-12T12:50:20+00:00
Cookies. I love cookies. Not sure, but I would even go so far as to say my love of cookies not merely approaches but actually surpasses Wonko’s love of pies. I used to drum for a local band, and every practice I would not sit down at my drumset until I had gotten a stack of six or seven delicious cookies (we practiced at a church and I’d raid their freezer). I set the cookies on my bass drum in front of me and would munch in between songs. Eventually I did this at shows too, and lost my name. Instead of “Damon” or “ActionPlant” I was “the cookie drummer”.
The moral of the story is where can I get one of those mixers?
Also, I LOVE Giger art and liked the reference. I wouldn’t have noticed myself, but I now see the light. Bravo!
I want one.
actionplant
