Thanks for putting it out there. In my humble opinion stupidity can be just as bad as conspiracy, if not worse, when it leads to tragedy.

Some tragedies are avoidable, given long-range planning, but that is something our species still isn’t very good at. I can think of a slew of examples, but I won’t add too much to the ranting.</p>grizelda
